December 2010 Nursing (NLE) Board Exam Results. Congratulations! Almost 30,000 Nursing graduates passed the Nursing Licensure Examination (NLE) conducted last December 2010, according to the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC). PRC said that 29,711 out of the 84,247 examinees passed the test, with a passing rate of only 35.26 percent.
