Kadayawan Festival is an annual event in Davao City. Kadayawan Festival is a way of the people of thanking God for another bountiful harvest of fruits and flowers.

Kadayawan is derived from the word dayaw, which means good, beautiful, valuable and superior. It is celebrated every 3rd week of the August.

Indak-Indak sa Kadalanan is one of the events that hobbyist photographers would want to cover and take photos with.

Indak-Indak sa Kadalanan will showcase the diverse festivals of Mindanao through street dancing. Dance contingents from the different regiions of Mindanao will feature their own festivals as part of Kadayawan’s mission of promoting the other festivals of the island, thus festival of festivals.
