Just want to share some photos and a video about the Lunar Eclipse June 26, 2010. This was taken in Davao City, Philippines at around 8PM-9PM using our Nikon D60 DSLR with 70-300 VR lens. The camera was set to shutter priority.
Lunar Eclipse June 2010, Moon Eclipse: A partial lunar eclipse will take place early Saturday and the moon is likely to appear magnified to people in North America. This effect has been termed as the “moon illusion” and the moon will appear reddened and bigger than normal since the eclipse will be occurring close to the horizon.
